1. One of the largest advantages to our computers is the lack of trial software and back-door add-ons installed within Windows©. Store-bought manufacturers are paid tremendous amounts of money by software companies to install trial products with hopes that you will pay for the software once the trial expires. This software is not only annoying, it takes up valuable system resources and could even harm your computer. Uninstalling this software will leave traces of the applications behind. KF never installs trial or back-door software; you will always receive a raw, robust, and efficient Operating System. Don't EVER buy a store-bought computer that has compromised this privilege for you.
   
   
2. All of our computers are delivered and serviced on-site. In the event of malfunction, our staff will travel to your home or office to repair your computer immediately. This feature is especially valuable to those who rely on their computers daily and cannot afford the month of down-time when shipping store-bought computers to regional warranty centers. This also relieves the shipping costs and extreme frustration from the traditional warranty process. Our standard warranty is 1 Year, with options that can extend your warranty up to 5 Years. We also have Commercial Warranty Contracts available for those clients who have purchased multiple units.
   
   
3. The Windows© 7 License that is included with our computers is legally transferable to any computer, at any time, for any reason. The OEM License that comes bundled with all store-bought computers must remain installed on the original computer only. It is never transferable to another computer under Microsoft's© OEM End User License Agreement. This means that if your store-bought computer breaks, you must purchase a new Windows© 7 License. The version of Windows© 7 that comes with all KF Computers can be transferred to your new computer completely free.
   
   
4. Users of our computers are free to purchase any brand or type of compatible internal hardware to repair or upgrade their computers. Store-bought computers often require proprietary hardware that costs considerably more and is difficult to purchase. KF exclusively uses Asus© Motherboards; our Motherboards offer many more options for your computer and increase its versatility and value substantially.
   
   
5. You may have seen computers with "64 Bit Windows©." 64 Bit Operating Systems are valuable as they allow more RAM usage than 32 Bit, but 64 Bit Windows© often have Driver and Software compatibility conflicts that 32 Bit Windows© doesn't. Given the way store-bought computers bundle their software, you only have the option to select 64 or 32. KF computers offer the ability to switch between 32 and 64 Bit Windows© 7, Vista©, or XP© at any time to always deliver what suits your needs best.
